On the borders of Berry and Creuse, in the heart of the Vallée Noire, the land of the writer George Sand, near La Châtre and Aigurande, in the countryside and secluded at the end of a lane, this cottage is ideal for numerous hikes and quiet, relaxing activities.

It is surrounded by meadows and woods. Children will be safe here as the nearest roads are far away.

Highlights: 5 km away, there's a water sports center (open from mid-April to the end of October) with a ski lift and many other activities such as swimming, a large 8x12 meter playground, disc golf, and pétanque, as well as an 18-hole golf course and a spa center nearby.
Ideal for meetings, birthdays, family gatherings, and more. This renovated Berry farmhouse is perfect for relaxing with family or friends, with its large private garden.

On the ground floor: large living room (stove), equipped kitchen, pantry/laundry room, games/relaxation room or reception room, disabled toilet with sink, bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet with hand basin, and a bedroom with a 140 cm bed.

Upstairs: 1 bedroom with two 90 cm beds, 1 bedroom with four 90 cm beds, and 1 bedroom with two 90 cm beds and a single bed. 140 cm, shower room and separate toilet.
