"The best hotel experience I've ever had. The hotel was beautiful and the views were spectacular. The Deluxe Suite Sunset View room had an incredible view of each sunset, and the bay. The pool was the perfect temperature and was very relaxing. We spent multiple days lounging with pool-side drinks and snacks from the restaurant. Do yourself a favor and take advantage of the restaurant. The food was authentic - many of the ingredients were farm fresh - and amazing. The beach with the hotel is quiet and gorgeous, but we recommend walking down to High Point and renting a chair and umbrella ($30 per day) for a beach day. The water is crystal clear all the way to the island in the bay, which is swimmable but only if you are a strong swimmer. Most importantly, the owners ran the hotel and treated you like family. They get to know you and take care of you in an attentive and thoughtful way. They even hugged us goodbye. The best vacation we've ever had and we can't wait to return."
