「Property is new so everything is clean and new. Good breakfast and staff were helpful. Only downside is you do hear traffic from the highway it sits near. 」

「Run down hotel full of Mold, rooms dirty, bed sheets dirty, staff very rude, manager Patti never calls back. There was guests yelling asking for manager and wanted their money back. It’s the worst hotel I have ever been too. 4 other guests were complaining.」

「My room #125 and it was very noisy. The Hotel is close to the Freeway and there was a lot of traffic noise. This room was next to the Ice, Vending & Washer Dryer. The bed was one of the worst I've every slept in. The drain for the sink drained a lot of water to the floor(thankfully the trash can was close by to move under it). 」

「Staff is great, nice pool, great breakfast. Attention to cleanliness could use improvement, the bathroom cailking has mold in it. Other then that it was a great property and i would stay again」

「Everything was good! Breakfast was good. Our room was good, for an extended stay. We brought our dog with and felt the dog yard was on the smaller side but it wasn't bad, and they did provide dog bags for clean up. Pool was on the smaller side (4ft depth) but overall good for the pool/hot tub area and the kids enjoyed it. Staff were polite at check in/out but not over barring. Staff at breakfast were kind as well. We will stay here again in the future!」

「Check in was good. Theses are small cabins. 2 are connected. Our key would not work well in the door lock. The door knob seemed like it was ready to fall off. You don’t have a lot of TV channels, but sufficed. It was a small cabin, not a major hotel. It was nice for what it was. The shower was good. A lot of hot water. I believe it is the only place to stay in spirit Lake.」

「I' m not gonna lie...this is an older property and won't have the high end amenities. But it seems very well run and kept up. The room was very clean and , the plus for us, everything is within walking distance. I recommend this for budget and accomadationability. ( like that word ? I just made it up)」

「Was comfortable. I would stay again. Could hear the sound of some of the trucks on the freeway, but not overly so. The fan/heater was so so, but the room temperature remained okay the two nights I stayed.」
