「Easy and comfortable」

「There were 2 big issues with our stay. One of which was the smell of the room. They use some kind of mint cleaner but it just masked the musty smell. It was a dog room but in all of our other stays with our dogs we haven’t experienced that. The room wasn’t technically dirty but the smell and condition of the room like the bathroom doorknob about to fall off made the cleanliness highly questionable. Second was the issue with our check in. We are on a cross country move and driving long hours...

「Very helpful staff, clean comfortable room. Except, at 2 am people in room above took shower and the noise was atrocious!! Could not hear anything in side walls but ceiling was not soundproof and plumbing was very loud. Other than that, stay was great!」
