「Very comfortable place for two. Property manager very responsive to questions. Only one major issue which was addressed: broken water heater. It was known issue prior to my renting and wasn’t fix. Was not disclosed prior to renting. Did not have hot water for first couple days. Property manager had me try resetting heater several times. 「The building and suite where excellent….I wish I had know that a children’s pop up amusement park was happening right outside the building. It was extremely loud and when it stopped loud music was still blaring until after 11 pm. It would not have bothered me as much if I didn’t have to get up at 5am to race SilverKings. Trying to book suite for an extra night proved very challenging with the VRBO chat bot….. I finally got a response the following morning after finding alternate...

「Enjoyed our stay」

「The loft was beautiful! It has huge vaulted ceilings, lots of light, a big shower with two shower heads! Very clean. The only negatives were the road noise from the nearby freeway and the excessive chemical/soaps used on the bedding. Considering the building and its location the noise wasn’t terrible and the soap could just be because my skin is very sensitive to laundry detergents/softeners. The Kitchen is amazing. The couch and bed are very comfy. I’ll definitely be staying there again.」

「Clean, well maintained room. Very quiet. Good selection of breakfast items. Only c/o room air heat unit did not have any knobs to adjust temp in room. However, we definitely would stay here again.」
