The Space



From the moment you arrive, it’s clear this home was designed to bring people together. Mornings can start with coffee on the rooftop deck while the day slowly unfolds. Before long, someone suggests a quick pickleball game, which naturally turns into a full match. The energy carries into the game room, where pool and ping pong keep everyone entertained well into the evening.



What makes this home truly stand out is that everything is already here. There’s no need to plan out your days or coordinate activities across town. Whether you’re looking for competition, relaxation, or simply time together, the space supports it effortlessly. It functions more like a private retreat than a typical rental.



Inside, the layout is designed to give everyone room to spread out without losing that sense of connection. Three separate living rooms make it easy for different groups to relax in their own way, whether that’s movie time for the kids or a quieter space to unwind. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for anything from quick breakfasts to large family dinners, with modern appliances and plenty of space to gather.



The home comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests across five bedrooms, along with a pull-out couch for additional flexibility. With three and a half bathrooms, including a walk-in shower and a stone-tiled tub/shower, mornings stay smooth even with a full house.



Outside, the experience continues with a spacious yard and BBQ area, perfect for casual meals, conversations, and evenings spent together. Every part of the property is designed to be used and enjoyed.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full private access to the entire property during their stay, including all five bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, the kitchen, dining and living areas, the game room, rooftop deck, yard, patio, and laundry room. Parking is simple and convenient, with space available in the garage as well as on the street.



The Neighborhood:

Located in Post Falls, the home offers a great balance of accessibility and comfort. The Spokane River is just a short drive away for those looking to enjoy time on the water. Downtown Coeur d’Alene, with its shops, restaurants, and lakefront atmosphere, is about 15 minutes away, while Silverwood Theme Park can be reached in roughly 30 minutes. Everyday conveniences like coffee shops and grocery stores are just a few minutes from the home, making it easy to settle in and enjoy your stay.



Getting Around:

The property is approximately 40 minutes from Spokane International Airport, making arrival and departure straightforward. While ride-sharing services are available, having a car is recommended to fully explore the surrounding area. Free parking is included with both garage and street options available.
