「It was cheap and clean, but had issues... The "smart TV" was stupid and didn't work, even after they tried to fix it and then didn't replace it like they said they would. HVAC didn't work. Lucky it was not too cold out. Told owners about the problems, didn't seem to matter. Was not offered any comp to make up for the issues. Would not stay here again.」

「My cousin and I had a great stay at this property! It was very clean, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the house was comfortable! The location was fantastic, in a beautiful neighborhood, just a few blocks from the lake. I enjoyed hiking on the nearby lakeside trail. There are great restaurants nearby. The owners were friendly, responsive, and hospitable. I would definitely recommend this house and would stay here again!」

「Great property, clean and spacious」

「Nothing at all」

「This was a very family friendly place to stay, it was a last minute booking and the host communicated all the details on check in. The kitchen was well stocked and we used it to cook dinner which was really nice after our long trip was nice to sit down at a table and eat with the family」

「The location was close by to the activities we had planned & had free bike rentals which was nice. The host was communicative and responded promptly. They seem very nice and willing to help. I believe this was unusual based on other reviews, but the place was not cleaned well. I do not blame the hosts but rather the cleaners, however it is still disappointing when paying premium holiday prices (4th of July) as well as a cleaning fee. We still enjoyed our stay overall and love Coeur D’Alene!」

「This place was very clean and very nice inside. The bed was very comfortable I loved it.」

「.」

「Very clean and charming. Easy access to lake, resort, downtown and other key attractions. Thank you!」

「Good location with reasonable walking distance to downtown and uptown stores. Very clean.」

「The property was perfect. We were able to barbecue dinner our first night, prepare meals in the house and rest and relax. It allowed us to have a very good family trip without being in separate hotel rooms and eating out for every meal. The house was unique and fun to stay in. The only minor issue was that the queen bed and pillows were very firm, so if we were to stay again, we may bring our own pillows, but it was really a great place to stay.」

「Easy check in process. Comfortable bed. It was really hot the day we stayed, but the AC worked great. Would have liked to have had an ottoman for the sofa, and black out curtains in the bedroom area as the outside lights are bright. Other than that, it was a nice apartment in a convenient location at a reasonable price. Would consider staying again in the future when traveling through the area.」

「Very clean the guest book on the coffee table had clear instructions for check-in and checkout procedures. The air-conditioning was on point and it was very quiet located in a nice neighborhood very much. Enjoyed the stay would stay again.」

「The rental was great for our family. We especially liked being able to put our vehicle in a garage during our stay and appreciated the host's efforts for alleviating the poor air quality by including an air purifier in the living room. Communication and signage at the property helped with tech and such.」

「Deb and Damien were wonderful hosts, they thought of absolutely everything you could possibly need. Their place was spotless and had beautiful views of deers and turkeys and the lake. We would definitely return! Thank you!」

「Enjoyed our stay. All expectations were met.」

「Really cute cabin with an awesome view of the lake. Everything was perfect for the two of us including the well stocked kitchen. Only stayed one night but could see ourselves returning for a longer stay.」

「A great vacation spot! So easy to walk to all the downtown spots. Stephen was great with communication from the very beginning and help accommodate our changes we had with our trip. Highly recommend!」
