A fantastic Luxury villa perched on the cliffs of Positano with breathtaking views. The Villa with 6 bedrooms each with private bath, can accommodate 12 people. Crossing the threshold of the house, after traveling a characteristic uphill path with at least 90 steps, here you are in front of the magnificent terraces. The entrance to the villa leads into a small wine garden. An external staircase leads through the garden down to the terrace and swimming pool. The villa is divided on four levels, with multiple terraces for enjoying the views. The swimming pool lies on the lowest terrace, offering plenty of shaded areas. Breakfast (included) is served daily on the main terrace.
The main floor boasts a well-equipped kitchen and large living room with sofa, TV, fireplace, VCR, CD player, stereo, computer with DSL Internet connection. Off the living room is a queen-size double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and balcony. The opposite side of the living room leads out onto a spacious, furnished terrace.
Leading down 21 steps from the main hall is the ground floor. It has two double bedrooms, each with air conditioning and private bathroom with shower. One of the bedrooms has a bathroom with an external shower, which can be accessed from the terrace. The third bedroom has 2 single beds; the bathroom is up several steps from the ground floor and the kitchen.
An independent one-room apartment with a double bed, a single bed and kitchenette is located on the large pool house, which leads to the pool deck. The unique bathroom has a shower carved from inside the rock face. The apartment is approximately 10 steps from the main house and has a small terrace.
Located about 10 steps down from the main terrace of the property is the independent annex, which offers a double bedroom with a private shower bathroom and panoramic windows with a view out onto Positano.
