Good location

Lobby has old world charm, but rooms are small and dated, though clean and in good condition. Two elevators, and a medium sized (read, much larger than the others I've seen in this price range) breakfast buffet are pluses. Fairly quiet, very close to the main square, on which I recommend restaurant La Querencia.

Não recomendo.

O Hotel é muito antigo e necessita de uma reforma completa. O quarto, apesar de ser de não fumante, tinha um carpte velho que cheirava a uma mistura de cigarro e mofo. A limpeza do quarto era adequada, mas o banheiro no banheiro do térreo, encontrei uma barata bem nutrida e este fica próximo à sala de café. No café da manhã, cada dia tinha algo que faltava. Em um dos dias não tinha manteiga ou similar. O melhor é a localização, mas há outros na mesma região em melhores condições. A cidade vale a visita!

A maioria dos funcionários atendem mal. São mal educados e se esquecem que somos turistas e estamos pagando para sermos atendidos, no mínimo educadamente.

OK Place

Staff spoke no English and were not very friendly or helpful. Of course I speak very little Spanish but in a tourism related area, some English would be great. At least friendly. Went to another hotel around the corner to get help on transportation, and things to see and do. Hotel is in a good location in town but a good distance from airport and bus terminal.

Small cramped rooms

Desk clerk asked if we'd like a double bed and then gave a room with two twins. Rooms are barely big enough to walk between beds, contain an old mini fridge that is noisy, window looks out onto a wall, and bathroom shower is very small and cramped.
