"It was my first time in a hostel and I was pretty nervous about it. But as soon as I got there I realized I had nothing to worry about. The staff and guest were incredibly welcoming and nice. They all made an effort to include everyone. It was an amazing atmosphere and I made a lot of new friends. The accommodation themselves were clean and comfortable, and the food they served was delicious!"

"The only criticism I have is that the showers didn’t have a ‘dry bit’ to keep towels and clothes etc while showering, I had to leave outside. Was a bit difficult to find but I think that’s just because of the roadworks. Everything else was fantastic, really really good value."

" An easy 5-star rating except for the dirty carpet on the third floor. It's begging for deep steam cleaning. 5 stars for the staff, great service & always pleasant to deal with. "This was a fun and funky hostel, but our private room was very nice. It was roomy, had a small but good bathroom and a comfortable bed. The lighting could be improved. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very nice. The location was very convenient with many good dining options very nearby. You can pick up an Tuk-Tuk across the street. It was a 10-15 Euro ride to and from the airport on Uber."

"Great cute hostel, like upscale in terms of a hostel - great common areas, we had a private room and only thing was it was a little hot and the only way to get air was windows, but the room was right next to the common coworkspace and you could hear everything with the window open"

"Staff were great, and breakfast was pretty good too! Great location, but I'd only advise if you are fit and able. Lots of stairs and steep roads around. Room was great, bed good and clean. The shared bathroom was ok too. Some noise but nothing some ear plugs couldn't solve. Weather was mid 20s and did not have issues with it at night. Just keep the shutter closed during the day! "

"The staff are wonderful. Cherry and helpful. The place is older and worn. Beds squeak a lot but are comfortable. As with most hostels, there is very little room in the bathrooms!! No place to put down your toiletry bag (except in the sink) PLEASE add some shelves. Some stools (on which to place clothes so they don’t get wet on the floor) would improve the functionality immeasurably! But again, the staff is wonderful. Breakfast was adequate too 👍"

"It is a great Hostel. It is located in Chiado, one of the best neighbors of Lisbon, close to 2 Metro Stations and Comboi Station. The hotel is clean and has a chicken where any guest can cook. Good breakfast is served every morning (it is included) qnd guys and girls who work there are very nice and friendly. I’d stay there again nect time I’ll to Lisbon"

"Being in a hostel, my expectations are adjusted. Am still disappointed the common are has no easy access for common communal functions like food prep, availability of hot beverage or even water. Hallways are a bit noisy Even in the early morning but no clear guidelines on acceptable and non acceptable practices. Clear posted guidelines will help to set expectations of patron and hotel. "
