"Considering the price, we had high hopes for our stay at this house, but unfortunately, we were quite disappointed. Upon arrival, we found the property was not very clean. "Lovely apartment, very clean and spacious for two. Good facilities (though the cutlery is rather basic) and very comfortable. It took us a while to find a car parking space but having the parking permit passed were a godsend. Great location. "

"Cannot fault this property at all, the hosts are so welcoming and love that you get a tour around the facilities. We booked the spa for my partners birthday and it is a little slice of heaven! Then we played a few games of pool in the bar/lounge area before heading to our room. The area is great, permit parking super easy outside the property, and great recommendation for breakfast the following day (Farm Kitchen). All the best to the hosts for the future success of their business as this is a local gem! xx "

"Beautiful boutique hotel, GREAT staff and location. Room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast buffet was delicious, with the usual selections PLUS a cooked-to-order hot traditional English breakfast with a beautiful room to enjoy it in, and wonderful staff members to serve you. Front desk staff were very helpful to arrange transportation to Heathrow. A wealth of restaurants and shopping just a short walk away, as is the Portsmouth Historic Dockyard and the train station. A wonderful stay and I will return! DEFINITELY recommend."
