「The lighthouse is a cozy, space efficient, welcoming cottage with amazingly comfortable bed. There is also a great porch with outdoor furniture for dining as well as a nice little wagon that you can pull to the beach with beach chairs and some sand toys . 「Came into town for the "Happy Together" concert at the Hampton Beach Casino. The property was a perfect location. We took advantage of the short walk to the beach and close proximity to the concert. 「The place seem to still under construction or renovation. No parking at all. Ac only in bed room so living room and kitchen is hot. The window has not blinds or shade, people can see you showering from the deck. The good thing is that it close to the beach. 」

「When we entered there was a handwritten thank you note and a cute little pancake syrup/mix gift. This place was great for our family of 5. More than enough room. I loved the decor and sitting out on the deck was great. It was immaculate. For a mulit-unit home it was surprisingly quiet. The AC was in the main part of the open concept kitchen/living room. There weren't ACs in the 2 bedrooms but I imagine the main unit would cool down the whole place if need be. We happened to have 2 cool summer...

「Super easy transaction—booking, communication, and checkout were all smooth. The place was clean, nicely set up, and in a great location. Quiet, family-friendly neighborhood where the kids could bike around, and just a block from the beach. I’d definitely stay again, which says a lot. Only thing is it could use a few more pots and pans, but overall, very happy.」

「Everything was as expected, the home was neat, up-to-date and close to town and Portsmouth activities. 「Wonderful place, perfect location and an exceptional host. Great neighborhood for food, drinks and shopping, including EAD Woodwork's Urban Showroom.」

「It was an easy process for getting in. The kitchen facility was perfect for our use. We watched the sunrise and full moon rise from the picture window, it was amazing. The owner is very responsive about any questions. Do note it is a bottom floor condo with people above. It is very comfortable and great location to go to Maine, Portsmouth, or just the beach down the street. 」

「The location was good and the property was nice. My rental was on the second floor but I had to climb a full flight of stairs to get to the first level and another flight to get to second. At my age (77) I don’t do stairs well when I have to carry my stuff up two flights! That’s my problem not the property’s. "私達が宿泊した際のフロント担当Jeremyは口数こそ多く無いものの、ランドリーの使い方が解らなかった際、面倒臭がる事もなく丁寧に教えてくれたり玄関で荷物を運び入れる際、キャスターがカーペットに引っ掛かって手こずっていたら、さっと手を貸してくれたりさりげない気遣いが大変心地良かった。車移動を前提にすると、ダウンタウンまで10分位とアクセスが良いのに値段は手頃朝食はメニューが少な目ではあるものの一通り揃っていて特にヨーグルトは何故か種類が多かった。セルフで焼くワッフルは無かったものの一口サイズのボトルウォーターが使い易く便利だった。ホテルの外観はごく普通だったが、リノベーションされたのか、部屋は大変綺麗でバスタブも有りゆったりとした作りでとても快適だったので予定に無かったものの、後日もう1泊する事にしたほど。次回、ポーツマスに行く際にも是非ともここに宿泊したい "
