「Neil is responsive. Area is gret. Loft is more spacious than pictures give it credit. There are STAIRS.... know that beforehand. But a loft in Portsmouth on Market street is totally worth it!Thank you Neil.. especially for the key mishap! We will be back!Mike」

「This lovely old home has the most modern interior that is a comfortable distance to Portsmouth without being in the city. Attention to detail was evident in the cleanliness as well as the fully stocked beverages that can be added to your bill. I was able to reach Doug immediately concerning check-in as I was having trouble getting my home internet and he was so helpful. Should we come back again we will definitely stay here as they even allowed our 58 pound dog Emma to be with us. Emma loved...

「Perfect location to Hampton where you are not in the craziness of Hampton just outside of it. The walk to Hampton Beach State Park was quick and easy. Even the beaches at Seabrook are nice! Just a note to others as I was not aware, you have parking at the house but if you drive into Hampton you have to pay for parking everywhere! 」

「I am so happy to discover this gem. This weekend for our family was to honor my children's father who recently passed away and I struggled to find a place for my family of 6 without breaking the bank. It was clean, the host was very nice and easily available if needed and best part we were literally a minute walk to the beach & boardwalk. It is ideal location for a family. My teen boys especially loved being so close to the arcade and in the morning I could get my coffee right at the corner...

「This Vrbo is an hidden gem in an amazing location, right across the street from the beach! The unit was comfortably updated and was equipped with everything we needed for our mini vacay, including a fridge, microwave, and dishes. The TV was a nice size and there was free WiFi. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. My favorite part was the sliding double door that faced the beach, where we were able to see the beautiful sunrise. We were provided with a parking space behind the building....
