Villa The Boat is located directly on the sea in the wonderful bay of Scaglieri and from its terraces there is a breathtaking panoramic view of the bay, the Gulf of Biodola and the open sea. The sea and the splendid sunsets can also be admired from the inside of the house due to its large windows that open onto unforgettable panoramas. From the recently renovated Villa, you can directly reach the sea and the rocks below the house or the fine sandy beach of Scaglieri which is just 150 meters away.



Villa The Boat is spread over three levels, all with direct access to the terraced Mediterranean garden directly overlooking the sea. The terraces are equipped with garden furniture, tables and chairs, deck chairs and umbrellas to enjoy every moment outside under the sun. A covered terrace with splendid views, table and chairs allows you to eat outdoors all day long.



On the ground floor you find a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a large, fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room which opens onto a furnished terrace with a panoramic view of 360 degrees and a 'service' bathroom. A comfortable staircase leads to the first floor with a bedroom with two single beds and its en-suite bathroom. From the entrance of the villa you reach the lower ground floor with another double bedroom and its en-suite bathroom. The fourth bedroom, that can be reached from the ground floor is independent and not connected with the other rooms and offers a double bed as well as a double sofa bed (ideal for two children) and a private en-suite bathroom.



The Scaglieri beach offers all desired beach services and guests can find restaurants, pizzerias, bars and a small mini-market in Scaglieri.



NOT included in the rent:

- Final cleaning Euro 300.00, to be paid upon arrival.

- Deposit of Euro 1000.00, to be deposited at check-in. (Full refund on the day of check-out if there is no damage )

- Possibility to book a parking space

The times of check-in (17:00 to 20:00) and check-out (before 10:00) are binding. In case of late check-out the owner reserves the right to retain the deposit.
