This is a lovely rustic place to stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. The sunset from the beach was beautiful.

My experience at this hotel was very good. They have improved in many aspects. The facilities and rooms are very good, the beaches are beautiful and the staff is very attentive and kind.

The idea of "Panama time" was prevalent on property. After traveling all day room was 2 hours behind for being ready, no keys given until requested on 2nd day, dinner offer by owners personal chef not prepared on time (left after waiting too long). BUT the owner constantly tried to make up for many things and that was appreciated. The dock was nice to relax on. The crew took people out for boat rides daily. Biggest problem was the restaurant under new management. Arrogant and lacked cooking skills and most things unavailable on the menu. Until new restaurant management occurs we suggest El Bongo next door. Great food and super ambiance. I do want to thank the owner of the hostel for his efforts having his chef make breakfast for us on the final morning. Of course, the follow through or "Panama time" really messed with our enjoyment. He really tried to please us, just not organized with his time and no strong staff to cover for him. Very nice fella and we wish him the best of luck.

el check in ocurrió tardío no tenían la habitación lista, en la noche no se podía dormir porque la música era ensordecedora, el servicio de piscina fatal era de juguete, en las habitaciones se escuchaba todo lo de las otras habitaciones no hay privacidad, en términos generales no fue una buena experiencia.

No recibí la habitación por la que pagué, no había personal en recepción, tuve que regresar y esperar dos veces. Pagué por una con balcón y vista a la playa y la respuesta por teléfono fue, salga de la habitación y mire al lado izquierdo. Expectativa vrs realidad muy dissante.
