Ótima experiência na estadia

Fiquei apenas um dia, mas o quarto era bem amplo e confortável, uma cama maravilhosa e fui atendida com bastante agilidade. Eu amei o fato de ter restaurante que funciona até 22h, porque estava exausta da viagem e consegui tomar uma deliciosa caipirinha no terraço onde fica a piscina, eles nos serviram lá mesmo e depois no quarto. Um petisco de peixe delicioso que até desanimei de sair do hotel. Recomendo e voltarei.

Oscar Hotel Porto Velho

Primeira vez neste hotel e de forma geral, é um bom hotel. O primeiro quarto oferecido estava com ar condicionado bem ruim, quarto com cheiro de mofo e banheiro molhado e papel higiênico molhado. Solicitei troca e prontamente me colocaram em outro quarto melhor, sem umidade e sem cheiro desagradável. A academia, durante toda a semana estava com o aparelho quebrado, sendo que um dia motivos da escolha foi ter academia. Ponto positivo foi o atendimento dos funcionários que foram muito prestativos e gentis. A localização é boa por ficar no centro e ter acesso à farmácias, mercados, etc

O hotel é excelente. Quarto amplo, cama e travesseiros sensacionais. Café da manhã variado e com oferecido em bom horário. Área de lazer do hotel é muito boa, exceto pelo horário de funcionamento, que é limitado às 22h. Viajamos com turma de amigos e não pudemos usar por conta da limitação de horário. Se este fator for determinante, não compensa.

Hotel decadente

Já fiquei hospedado algumas vezes nesse hotel, mas infelizmente essa última vez foi ruim, hotel precisa de reforma, a limpeza precisa de mais atenção, funcionários da recepção mal preparados, uma mulher no checkout foi até grosseira comigo, mas enfim espero que possam ter recursos para reformar o hotel e fornecerem treinamento adequado aos funcionários.

Bom no geral, mas falhando em coisas "bobas"

Tenho me hospedado há muitos anos neste hotel, mas desta vez deixou a desejar: - Fiquei 3 noites e somente no dia do checkout que tinha agua quente de manhã. Os demais dias e noites tive que encarar banho com agua fria; - O banheiro da parte nova é ótimo (tenho que ser justo), mas no meu quarto a manopla do misturador de agua da ducha estava solta (quase caiu no meu pé) e o suporte do papel higienico também estava solto, impossibilitando sua utilização; - Na primeira noite, a cama estava sem lençol (esqueceram de colocar) e como ja era tarde da noite, não havia mais serviço de quarto.

Except for the cleaning and the restaurant crew, staff was rude, dismissive and even mocking at times. The area has nothing to offer after 5pm or o n the weekends. Will not stay there again.
