"Eu já conhecia a pousada quando era de um alemão , agora está um descuido total, não tem liderança os funcionários fazem do jeito deles, petiscos na praia chegava gelado, as caíras praia nos qie tínhamos que arrumar ninguém aparecia antes das 10:00 hrs, quarto ruim cama velha , wc precisando de reparos , vaso sanitário solto, café da manhã todos dias igual sem ninguém liderando os funcionários e não tina pra quem reclamar, tem que melhorar muito pra ser o que era antes "

"Unfortunately this property is too expensive for the value it offers. The property is very old and not upgraded at all. Many things broke during our stay: toilet, tv, door lock. And the stuff was very unresponsive to our request to change rooms or cancel. "

"Staff were so nice and friendly! They helped me with everything including helping me contact tour guides, helping me find fun things to do, and helping me find transportation. They also allowed me to have a late checkout. The breakfast buffet was delicious!!"
