"Die Besitzer empfingen uns sehr freundlich. Die Villa ist sehr großzügig gebaut. Die Kombination von Ess- und Wohnzimmer ist sehr groß und bietet sehr viel Platz für viele Personen. Man kann einen Großteil der Fensterfront öffnen und hat ca. 6m Durchgang in den sehr schönen Garten. Der Ausblick ist herausragend. "We enjoyed our time at this beautiful resort which made a great base for exploring the west side of the island. The room, pools, beach area, restaurants and helpful staff combined for a wonderful stay. We split our time on Madeira between Funchal and Calheta which gave us two different, but equally great experiences and allowed us to more easily explore the entire island."

"Nice resort hotel in the North West of Madeira, perfectly located for the natural pools. As an added bonus you get access to unlimited free day passes into the pools that require a paid ticket. The staff were so lovely, friendly and helpful. We had a friend call ahead (unknown to us) to tell them it was our honeymoon and they gave us a free bottle of wine which was a lovely gesture. The restaurant is fantastic ,with gorgeous views and great food. We had a brilliant view over-looking the ocean from our room balcony too. The property itself feels more like a beach resort than a luxury hotel, which is not problem but just something to bear in mind depending on what you're looking for. A couple features are a little dated and could use a spruce up. The rooftop pool is incredible and comes with 2 daybeds plus a handful of sun-loungers and umbrellas. On busy days however these get taken up so they could do with some more chairs up there. They do have parking but it's a tiny lot so we ended up on the street each day, which was free, but the street does get busy during the day with tourists coming up for the pools. The room was a great size and came with robes and slippers. All in all we had a great stay, and really appreciated the staff and all their help!"

He anticipated what we might need, offered thoughtful recommendations, and followed up to make sure everything was perfect. The rest of the team mirrored that same warm, professional attitude: quick to greet, attentive without being intrusive, and genuinely proud of their work. It’s rare to find a hotel where the service feels both efficient and personal, this one absolutely delivers, thanks to people like Andre."

"I had a fantastic stay at NEXT – Savoy Signature. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and enjoyable. The room was modern, comfortable and spotless, with a lovely view that made the stay even more enjoyable. The food was excellent throughout my visit, with plenty of choice and consistently high quality. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, and I had no issues at all during my visit. Overall, it was a great experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. I’d happily recommend NEXT – Savoy Signature to anyone visiting Madeira."
