It's a gem!

Very nice property. Cleaned and well maintained. Big and spacious apartment, with fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms . Really the best place we stayed during this trip. In the heart of the city center. We walked everywhere without any issues. Quiet place. Love it!

8/10 Good

Pros: Location, spacious balcony, pretty building (skylight on the 3rd floor), cooking/microwaving available, big windows, modern interior, the staff was kind and informative! (Small) Cons: You need to meet the staff in order to get into the building (not ideal when it rains), the interior is pretty and modern but in reality they may not be perfect - some parts of the floor were squeaky, decorated with mostly ikea products and kitchenware, some lamps weren’t working properly. Conclusion: I think this is a great place to stay for this price. The location is great. You are near so many good restaurants and shops. From the balcony you can see street cats eating and napping. Just don’t expect too much since the photos of this place look very very very pretty haha

This place was amazing!! Cannot fault it we had the best time, very close to a lot of major attractions, the market down the road was lovely as well. The apartment was spotless, bed was very comfortable and the building was stunning. Also the A/C was amazing and was a joy on some of the very hot days we had. Can’t recommend enough, thanks for having us!

2/10 Terrible

Disappointing Stay – Communication & Maintenance Issues My stay at Uma Formosa Apartments was very frustrating due to poor management and maintenance issues: Check-in Process: I was never sent an entry code prior to arrival. When I called at the building entrance, I was told I had to walk three blocks uphill to the reception desk just to get access. Missing Amenities: Although there were two guests booked, only one bath towel was provided in the apartment.  Room Condition & Maintenance: The curtains in the room were falling apart and detached from the tracks.  Electronics & Wi-Fi: The TV and Wi-Fi were extremely unreliable. The Wi-Fi repeatedly froze and disconnected, eventually stopping altogether. The following day, the TV completely froze and wouldn't respond to the remote control—the screen froze while the audio kept playing continuously. I had to locate the fuse box myself just to cut the power and turn off the sound. I would not recommend staying here until management improves their communication and upkeep of the facilities.
