The staff were friendly and polite, and provided detailed explanations. Breakfast was average, but filling. The electrical outlets were only located on the lower bunks, which was inconvenient for those sleeping on the upper bunks.

What a great find. Priced very reasonably, easy to find. Extremely clean. Good breakfast choices included in the price, a garden to relax in as well as a sitting room. However what made our stay exceptional was Suzane who welcomed us , looked after us, recommended restaurants and made phone calls for us. She is fantastic.

Definitely get what you pay for. Value is decent. They are a stickler for the rules, especially the quiet hours, and they make you leave your room from 11am-2pm to clean, so keep that in mind. Check in is seamless, but do not come late, they are closed from 22:00-8:00 I think. Overall great value, met a lot of nice people. Best thing was the cleanliness.

+) The staff were very nice. The neighbourhood is quieter, but is close enough to a nice street with some cute shops and there are metro stations nearby. -) There was no outlet near my bunk and the wifi did not work when I was there. The room was also very hot and the air conditioning did not work. Bed and sheets looked clean, but I got a couple bug bites that I am pretty sure were from my stay. The bathroom could be cleaner.

E outro dia quando quis emprestar o secador, me ditaram as regras do uso e o horario. Nao sou crianca que nao sei respeitar
