The location was great and we really enjoyed our stay. However, we were under the impression that Porto Moment Apartments would be an apartment complex with a main lobby/reception area, more similar to a hotel, so we faced some disappointments. We stayed in the studio and the entrance to the room was directly off the street. In other words, the front door from the street opens directly to the middle of the studio. This made us feel unsafe, especially as women in a foreign country. We were also incredibly disappointed that there was no way to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out. The lack of some basic amenities was also disappointing (specifically, no iron). Overall, there was nothing wrong with our stay. We were just disappointed that it was not what it was marketed to be.

I really loved my stay here. It was like the place I dreamed I would get to stay on this vacation. It was in a great location and the perfect little retreat between running around the city during the day and going to enjoy a lovely dinner nearby in the evening. It was truly lovely.

Die Unterkunft hat eine einzigartige Lage! Wir hatten keinen Mietwagen und der ist auch definitiv nicht nötig. In nicht mal 5 Minuten ist man direkt im Geschehen. Das einzige wo wir etwas auszusetzen hatten ist: wir hatten die untere Wohnung, dort war es sehr stickig und wir haben immer gelüftet, allerdings kann dann jeder in die Räumlichkeiten einsehen. Teilweise sind Touristen stehen geblieben um zu beobachten. Ansonsten ist alles perfekt!

The apartment itself was great from the inside. Beautiful decor and very clean. the woman who received us was very nice as well. How ever, the place was not as described in hotels.com we thought there is an out side garden for all the guests but there was not. there was a constructions site literally right in front of the main door that made a lot of noise and dirt. The door to the studio was right off the street which was very narrow and dirty and you could hear every person that walked by and every car the drove up the street sounded like it is passing through the room very loudly. people passing by can also see right into the bed from the window next to it. all of this wasn't mentioned in the description at all and we said this to the owner who didn't make the smallest effort to make us feel better at all. this was very upsetting.

Logement parfait pour visiter porto !

Séjour à porto Moment parfait : Logement très propre, moderne avec tout les équipements nécessaires. Personnel très gentil, et disponible Emplacement au cœur de la ville, pas besoin de voiture. Nous avons visiter tout le centre de Porto à pied ainsi que le quartier où se trouve l’appartement la Vila Nova de Gaia qui est magnifique avec plusieurs caves de porto, l’appartement n’est pas loin de la rive de Douro (fleuve) où il y a pleins de restaurant, bar à vin ... tout pour passer de bonnes soirées. Le centre de porto est accessible en traversant le pont en 10 minutes à pied à peine. Nous sommes venus de l’aéroport en métro avec les instructions des propriétaires de l’appartement, sans aucunes difficultés. Logement recommandé +++++ pour votre séjour à Porto ! Un grand merci à Romain et Laura pour ce logement de qualité, pour leur gentillesse et pour leur disponibilité.

Traumhafter Platz in Porto

Wunderbares kleines Haus mit zwei Wohnungen im Herzen von Porto gelegen; gegenüber der Ribeira mit traumhaften Blick auf die Altstadt; die Wohnungen sind liebevoll eingerichtet; viele schöne Details und auch die vollständige Ausstattung lassen einen vom ersten Moment an wohlfühlen; wir können die Wohnungen und besonders auch die Herzlichkeit der Gastgeber weiterempfehlen. Auch der Name für die persönlich gestaltete Platz zum Verweilen könnte nicht besser getroffen werden "Porto Moments"
