This is a very vibrant hostel. Lots of young friendly travelers interacting in the common area. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I would 100% stay here again if traveling through Porto!!

Staff was amazing!!! Specially Josh from the front desk and bartender!!! Josh do both and he is friendly and super cool !!! Josh you’re a superstar!!!! Good for the price

The room was excellent but there was a hair tie with bunches of hair in it left in the room when we got there. It was very comfortable as well but difficult to sleep with the slamming doors and stomping of the people in the hall.

The property is superbly located. The staff was professional and courteous but not warm. The furniture in the lobby needs to be replaced or at the very least reupholstered. The upholstery is frayed, giving the reception area a dirty, dilapidated look.

Safe at night too , it’s have private rooms but it’s not private bathroom which means you pay $70’a night and bathroom outside no heating there in winter time It’s not the busiest time the stuff and friends takes the community room to their own gathering you can’t watching TV one towel for all stay no Dinner like the post said In area we saw cheaper and better quality look into it before you perched

First time at a hostel

This was my first time staying in a hostel and I don’t think I’ll do it again SOLO. The place was actually not bad and the receptionists were all friendly. But the restroom were coed and imagine my surprise that there was a guy showering next stall to mine. I stayed in a solo room so I didn’t have to share it with anyone. It was okay. Location wise, nice way hotel was great! I wish I’m the type of person who loves hostel but I don’t. Maybe it would be a different story if I traveled with some friends and they can stay with me while I shower.

Friendly place steps from Sao Bento

Great place to stay in Porto - walking distance from train station and many historical sites. The staff are very welcoming and friendly, and the whole place was clean and felt safe. Would definitely stay here again!
