MyStay Porto Centro was clean and felt safe. I loved the neighborhood with bakeries and restaurants every block. There was no charm what so ever but safety, neighbohood and cleanliness are more important. They cleaned the room every day which was a bonus.

Very bad experience

The location was quite disappointing. The beddings were dirty and stinky. The kettle was so dirty that it was not useable condition. Theyve given a WhatsApp number on their website but never replied when I contacted them. It was an awful experience that ruined our holiday.

Decent value for money. Clean and tidy room which was exactly what we expected. Shower needed a bit of attention as it leaked out of all joints and drained very slowly but other than that no issues at all.

Unfortunately it was advertised that they had laundry facilities but that wasn’t the case. Also, ask for a room in the back of the building because it is a bit noisy!

Great location & good value for money.

The apartment is in a great location but it is quite small and lacks space to put personal belongings other than a wardrobe. There is a well equipped compact kitchen but only 2 tea bags provided. It is very clean & modern. Lots of good restaurants and bars close by and good access to rest of Porto. Check in procedure was essy to follow and it was quiet despite proximity to bars etc. Bed was comfortable and air con worked well. Good value for money. A small supermarket is very close by.

The hotel apt is very convenient to everything, so that was a big plus. However, there was dirt, mold in bathroom and shower. The curtains were very dirty and had a lot of stains on them.

Not too bad. However, it took over an hour to actually get into our room when we arrived, we arrived for 4pm as instructed but only got into our room after 5. The code would not work and I had to use a key for the remainder of the time, it’s too bad they don’t have someone to assist in the building. There was also mold on the shower frame and by the floor, I called and notified them but it was still there after they attempted to clean it. I booked the studio room with balcony, though I couldn’t use the balcony since there were a lot of stray cats with fleas on our porch. It also had no view. Our room had a tiny closet, the pictures as advertised online is a lot bigger than what it actually is. The self check in didn’t work when we arrived so I had to do it on my phone instead through email. Elevator barely worked so if you have a lot of luggage, be prepared to use the stairs. The workers are very nice but for the price I won’t be coming back as the room accommodation was below standard.

Los precios de hoteles en Oporto están disparados, este no costo mucho, cómodo y lo mejor el trato la amabilidad y el servicio que me aportaron en la recepción, la cama cómoda y la habitación renovada y muy limpia, vistas a un patio. loa taxis no son caros, por lo que acercarse al centro desde este hotel no es costoso, y un paseo si no llueve es muy guistoso unos 20 minutos paseando
