Let’s not forget to mention the wonderful terrace with outdoor furniture where you can relax on summer days or read your favorite book in a relaxed setting. Located in Beco Passos Manuel, you'll have all services around you, including bars, restaurants, pharmacies, and the most popular tourist spots in Porto.
Public transportation is easily accessible, with the iconic São Bento Metro and Train Station just 350 meters from the apartment, and the Trindade Metro Station, with direct access to Sá Carneiro Airport, just a 10-minute walk away.
Porto is a city full of charm. We recommend strolling along Santa Catarina Street, Praça dos Poveiros, Avenida dos Aliados, Galerias de Paris, Praça da Cordoaria, Rua das Flores, and the Ribeira district. Crossing the D. Luís I Bridge and watching the sunset at Jardim do Morro, with a panoramic view of the Douro River and the most beautiful city in Portugal, will be a magical experience, and you’ll be breathless contemplating everything the Invicta city has to offer.
Bus number 500 is a great option for exploring the riverside area of the city. Its starting point is São Bento Station, and it travels along the Ribeira, the Douro River banks, Foz, the beaches of Matosinhos, and ends at the Municipal Market of Matosinhos, where you can find various seafood dishes and typical products from northern Portugal.

You also have access to an extensive public transportation network.
Other Things to Note:
We would like to inform you that there is a nightclub next to the building that operates regularly every weekend and public holiday from 12:00 AM to 6:00 AM. This notification aims to ensure that everyone is aware of this activity, allowing you to plan your activities and rest accordingly. If you encounter any inconvenience or need additional assistance, please contact our team, and we will act promptly.
In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).
There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (such as the smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged for smoking.
If you lose the key, a fee will be charged (upon consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, there will be a charge of €40 after 7:00 PM. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) – fee upon consultation.
If you would like a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. A fee of €200 per hour will be charged for unauthorized late check-out.
If you are thinking of bringing your pet, please note that the final price on your reservation includes only one pet. If you are bringing more than one, please contact us.
For reservations of 28 nights or more, we have a limit on water, electricity, and internet/television pack expenses of €190. Any excess amount will be paid by the guest.
The tenant agrees, whenever requested by the host, to allow the entry of a staff member for property inspection, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.
We offer a transfer service to take you directly to the apartment! Just request it (price upon consultation).
You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast delivered every morning to your apartment, upon request (price upon consultation).
Important note: there is ongoing construction near the apartment, which causes noise between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, but it may affect your stay. As such, we follow a policy of transparency to ensure that our guests' expectations are properly met. It is our mission to ensure that Liiiving is easy!
