The Space:

The apartment features a cosy living room with a small French balcony, perfect for relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped with the essentials, including a dining table, ideal for preparing and enjoying your meals. The double bedroom, with a comfortable double bed, ensures a good night’s sleep. The full bathroom, with all necessary amenities, provides added comfort. For your convenience, the apartment also offers air conditioning, a Smart TV with a cable box, and free Wi-Fi.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the apartment, including the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living room. Enjoy all amenities such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and offers a comfortable and convenient stay.

Bolhão Metro Station, 700 metres away, provides easy access to other parts of the city. São Bento Station, with bus line 500, is an excellent option for exploring the Ribeira, the riverside, Foz, and the Mercado de Matosinhos.



Getting Around:

For your convenience, we offer a transfer service upon request (please contact us for pricing). The apartment’s prime location at Rua de Santa Catarina 1044, 4000-244 Porto, Portugal, provides easy access to an extensive public transport network. The nearest metro station is just a few minutes away, allowing quick access to various parts of the city and connections to other transport options, such as trains and buses. For those travelling by plane, Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is conveniently located, with public transport and taxi options available to reach the apartment. Paid parking is available nearby if needed.



Other Things to Note:

- Check-in: Key collection at our Welcome Center – Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto.



- Smoking: Zero tolerance policy. Minimum fine of €200 if violated.



- Late check-out: Subject to availability. Unauthorized stay past check-out time: 10% of the daily rate per hour, up to a maximum of one full night.



- Keys:

**Key left inside the apartment (staff assistance after 7 PM): €40

**Key left in the door lock (technical intervention required): cost upon request



- Tourist tax: €3 per person/night, for guests over 13 years old, up to a maximum of 7 nights. Included in the stay price. Subject to legislative changes.



- Stays ≥ 28 nights: Water, electricity and internet/TV consumption included up to €150. Any excess to be paid by the guest.



- Property inspections: Guest agrees to allow monthly property inspections by the host's staff upon request.

- Accessibility: 2nd floor, no elevator.
