This delightful 45 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this active city. It is located on the 3rd floor and has a lift access.

The space is thoughtfully designed with an open-plan layout, seamlessly blending the living, kitchen, and sleeping areas for a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. The cosy sitting area is perfect for unwinding, whether watching TV or simply enjoying the comfort of exploring the city.

The open kitchen is functional and welcoming, ideal for cooking and sharing meals. Equipped with essential cookware and utensils, it joyfully prepares delicious dishes. For added convenience, a washing machine is available for your laundry needs.

The sleeping area offers a peaceful retreat. It features a comfortable king bed and plenty of storage space, ensuring a restful stay.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Sé, the historic cathedral district of Porto, is a charming area with medieval streets and stunning views of the city. At its heart is the Porto Cathedral, a 12th-century landmark, offering a glimpse into the city’s rich past. The narrow streets are filled with traditional buildings, cafes, and local shops, providing a perfect spot to explore.

Nearby attractions include the Gothic Church of São Francisco and the ornate Palácio da Bolsa, both rich in history and architecture. Sé’s proximity to the Douro River and Porto's vibrant waterfront makes it an ideal location for discovering the city’s cultural and historical highlights.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest subway station, Bolhão, is just a 650-meter walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 22-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
