Fully furnished with all the comforts you may need, the apartment accommodates up to 4 people comfortably with two double bedrooms. Please note that one of the bedrooms doesn't have a window.

Please note that the flat is located on a busy street and above an Irish Pub, so there may be some noise during the day and late at night.

The main living area comprises an open-plan living and dining area, with a fully equipped kitchen just around the corner.

Feel free to whip yourself up a nice hot meal and enjoy it with your partner or friends and family around the table or while watching TV.

Towels and bed Linen are provided for your stay.

Please note that the flat is located on a busy street with an Irish pub on the ground floor, and currently overlooks a construction site, so you may experience lively noise during the day and late at night, including construction activity during working hours.

Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

The city of Porto, one of the city the most famous of Portugal, is known for all of its stately bridges and port wine production. The medieval Ribeira district is located in Porto on the riverside, there are plenty merchants houses and cafes. The São Francisco Church is a beautiful monument with an historical past. The Bolsa Palace (built in the 19th century) is located in the historical centre of Porto.

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)
