The contemporary-design kitchen is fully equipped, ideal for preparing all your daily meals. In addition to crockery and essential utensils, the space has a hob, oven, fridge, coffee machine and other appliances to help you throughout your day.

Access to the balcony, facing the street, is conveniently made from the living room through wide sliding glass doors, allowing you to take advantage of the abundant natural light that fills the entire interior — the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee outdoors.

The bedroom is harmoniously decorated in serene tones and is equipped with a comfortable double bed to ensure a restful night's sleep, also featuring wardrobes to comfortably store your belongings.

The bathroom has all amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.

Located in a vibrant and extremely convenient residential area of Vila Nova de Gaia, this apartment offers an authentic neighborhood feel far from tourist crowds, but with everything at your doorstep. Just steps away lies the famous Parque da Lavandeira—a massive, beautiful green space perfect for morning walks, jogging, picnics, and connecting with nature. For everyday convenience, leading supermarkets (such as a large Mercadona and Pingo Doce) are within short walking distance, alongside local bakeries, cafes, restaurants, and quick access to the major Gaiashopping mall.

On the Gaia side, you are just a short distance from the lively waterfront, the centuries-old Port Wine Cellars, the WOW (World of Wine) cultural quarter, and the legendary sunsets at Jardim do Morro and Serra do Pilar.

Additionally, this address serves as a strategically excellent base for discovering the region. A short drive brings you to the picturesque fishing village of Afurada and the vast beaches of Gaia (such as Praia da Madalena). Thanks to easy access to the A1 and A29 highways, you can effortlessly plan day trips to the seaside town of Espinho, the canals of Aveiro, or the vineyard landscapes of the Douro Valley.

The area is well served by public transport. There are several bus lines nearby with connections to Porto and Gaia city centre.

By car, Porto city centre is approximately 10 to 15 minutes away. We recommend using Uber or Bolt for getting around the city. Francisco Sá Carneiro International Airport (OPO) is approximately 25 to 30 minutes away by car.

Check-in at this property is in person, and you will be asked to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in is available from 3 PM, subject to availability and confirmation.

Once the booking is confirmed, guests are required to fill in a registration form, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy regarding smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of €200 for smoking.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair usage policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80.

For the first days, we provide basic amenities: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up products and a bin bag.

Extra keys: €20 (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or door-opening service during the stay).
Extra cleaning with bed linen: the price of one cleaning fee.
Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
