Welcome to my apartment!
This beautifully designed 92m² one-bedroom apartment in Vila Nova de Gaia offers the perfect retreat for couples seeking a relaxing and memorable stay. Located on the third floor and accessible by lift, the apartment combines comfort, style, and convenience.
The open-plan living area features a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV, perfect for unwinding with your favourite shows. Step out onto the private balcony, where you’ll find comfortable seating to enjoy the fresh air and sweeping views.
The modern kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, and essential cookware and cutlery. A dining table provides a lovely spot for shared meals, while the dishwasher makes cleaning up effortless. For longer stays, a washing machine and ironing equipment are also provided.
The bedroom features a plush queen-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens, along with ample storage space to keep your belongings organised.
The bathroom is stocked with clean towels and complimentary toiletries to ensure a comfortable stay.
Guests will also have access to a shared swimming pool, ideal for a refreshing dip on warm days, and a private garage, offering secure and convenient parking throughout your stay.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.
Located in the Madalena parish of Vila Nova de Gaia, the property offers convenient access to both local amenities and transport. Several nearby bus stops, including Rua Chaquedas, Cerro, and Rua da Praia, are served by multiple lines, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas and reach the city of Porto.
Within walking distance, you will find grocery stores, bakeries, and local shops along Avenida da Beira Mar, as well as nearby petrol stations and public parking. The area is also home to leisure facilities such as tennis courts and community spaces that add to its residential charm.
For outdoor enthusiasts, the beautiful Parque da Lavandeira is a short drive away. This expansive green space features themed gardens, walking trails, and recreational areas that provide a peaceful escape from city life. Healthcare needs are well covered by the nearby Hospital Eduardo Santos Silva, one of the region’s main public hospitals.
Just a short journey away, visitors can enjoy the Gaia riverside and iconic attractions like the Gaia Cable Car and Jardim do Morro, where panoramic views of Porto and the Douro River await.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
