포르투에서 일주일간 묵었어요. 비탈 가운데 있어서 올라갔다 내려왔다 하는게 좀 힘들고, 맨 꼭대기 방이어서 계단이 힘들었어요. 하지만, 포르투는 전체적으로 언덕이 많아서 어쩔 수 없는것 같아요. 방 안에서 살짝 강도 보이구요~ 조리시설도 잘 이용했어요.

Excellent location, beautiful rooms. The property manager was super responsive over whatsapp and even allowed us to check in a couple of hours early. The room is spacious with a fully equipped kitchen. The location is walking distance to everything (about 8-10 minutes from the main churches and Livraria Lello). The building is very old, which can sometimes cause the bathroom to smell, but overall it was excellent value for the money.

Muito agradavel, limpo, aconchegante. Cozinha completa, so nao tinha maquina de lavar roupas. Lencois excelentes. Fomos bem recepcionadosnpor alexandre. Tem escadas, ficamos no ultimo andar, e fica numa ladeira (porto é cheia de ladeiras). Excelente custo beneficio.

We had a pleasant stay at bnartments rio. The location is perfect to explore the city. Parking on the street was a bit tricky but it works for us. The room is very well taking care of.

Ein an sich schönes Apartment in bester Lage in Porto. In unserem Apartment in der 3. Etage hatten wir von der kleinen Terrasse einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf den Fluss. Der Service von Hotel war super, weshalb auch die doch noch positiv ausfällt. Leider gab es auch negative Punkte, wie z.B. die schimmlige,verkalkte (in beiden Appartements) und kleine Dusche. Außerdem war die Heizung in einem Bad defekt, in einem Apartment waren Schaben, in dem anderen Ameisen und Wasserflecke an der Decke des unteren Apartments. Einige Punkte wurden allerdings innerhalb eines Tages beseitigt, soweit es möglich war.. Es wurde uns auch möglich gemacht das Gepäck am Abreisetag im Appartement zu lassen. Man muss auch ein bisschen Glück haben welches Appartement man bekommt, weil es wohl modernere und nicht so moderne gibt. Sieht man mittlerweile aber auch auf den Bildern.

Excellent location: very close to Ribeira, Dom Luiz bridge, Gaia. Numerous restaurants and convenience stores close to apt. Very quiet street and building. Used the metro to reach soccer stadium, the tramway for fun and the bus to reach the beaches - walking everywhere was easy uphill or downhill!

Ficamos hospedadas no estúdio do térreo e, no geral, a estadia foi razoável. Pontos positivos: A localização é boa, conseguimos visitar todo o centro histórico a pé. A cozinha é pequena, mas funcional. Pontos negativos: Tivemos problema ao fazer o check-in, pois chegamos no horário combinado e não havia ninguém para nos receber em frente ao nº 19, conforme a confirmação da reserva. Ficamos por 30 minutos com as malas e debaixo de chuva em frente ao número 19 , tentando contato com o responsável, até que nos viram e nos avisaram que o apartamento era no número 54 da mesma rua. Deveria ao menos ter um aviso em frente ao número 19 para o hóspede automaticamente se dirigir ao número 54. O espaço do box de chuveiro é muito pequeno e molha todo o banheiro ao tomar banho. Falta pano de chão para o banheiro, já que molha muito e para a cozinha. A limpeza estava razoável, o carpete próximo da cama estava molhado quando chegamos.

Basement with a view

Very comfortable apartment, good facilities, nice view, well furnished, small cosy terrace. We were expecting the apartment to be on an upper floor but it's actually down a few steps from street level, but it's on a hill so the view of the river is over the rooftops at the back.

God beliggenhed, knap så god komfort.

Rigtig god beliggenhed, tæt på alt hvad man gerne vil se. Det er knap så rent og sengen trænger til nye madrasser, vi var der i november og værelset var meget koldt og svært at varme op. Vi var dog i byen hele dagen og skulle bare have et sted at sove og gå i bad og der var altid dejlig varmt vand.

The location once I actually found it was brilliant - and the property itself lovely. There was loads of hot water and the bed was super comfy. The shutters didn't close properly however which let in a slight draft from the windows and I could have done with a few cleaning products to tidy up before I left. The main issue really was in trying to find it, communication was good but it wasn't explained that I had to collect the keys from no. 19 and the property itself was further up the road. Knowing this would have been quite helpful as I would have known better what I had to do.

Besides the 134 steps up to the apartment :), the stay was amazing. It is the perfect location in Porto. Walking distance to most attractions and great restaurants in the area. The apartment was the perfect size. Juan, who welcomed us, was very helpful with any information we required. The beds were very comfy and it had all the amenities you require for a great stay.
