The property is situated in the most perfect location. Right in the middle of the shopping district. It is right down the street from Ribeira Square and other tourist/cultural, scenic locations. The unit is very clean, modern and large enough for two adults. Everything about the unit was perfect. Very quiet inside. No street noise. The access to the unit couldn’t have been easier. And Valentin, the manager of the property couldn’t have been more helpful. He answered all questions and resolved anything that could have been an issue. He always responded immediately. My wife and I would rent this property in a heartbeat if we ever return to Porto. We loved it.

This apartment is perfectly located on a pedestrian street right in the heart of the city, close in walking distance to the river, the cathedral, shops, restaurants, transportation, and many of the major sights. It is clean, well-maintained, and has everything you need for a short stay, with a full kitchen and the basic amenities. The hosts are fantastic – they respond immediately and effectively to every question and issue and are a pleasure to deal with. In addition, they provided wonderful suggestions for restaurants and tours! Our only complaint is that the unit is tiny – there really wasn’t anywhere to unpack our suitcases or store our things, just one shelf and hangers in the closet and one small shoe rack/bag stand. We found it hard to move around the apartment without bumping into things and stubbing toes.

Excellent location to explore the city.Easy to see the sights and use the transit options. Our contacts (Valentim and Melissa) did a great job in meeting us and later to help us settle in.

Great location

The unit is located in a great location to access many of the tourists attractions, restaurants and stores. The check was easy. The photos are accurate. Great unit for a family with younger kids.

Great location, great flat!

This was our first visit to Porto and what a great place to stay! We enjoyed everything about it! The location couldn’t have been better for walking around the old town. The kitchen was well stocked and a market nearby. Great shower and bed! Five stars!

Perfectly Porto

This apartment is perfectly located in historic Porto. Most of the things you want to do are within walking distance. This unit is in the back of of the buildin so it is quiet. The building is secure. Our hosts were wonderfully responsive and helpful!!! They arranged transfers, provided information, and checked on us once a week.

Great Central Location

Property well maintained and secure. Located near many restaurants, shopping and tourist attractions. Apartment on Rua de Flores is a very short walkable distance from the Sao Bento Train Station. Small market nearby. Easy walking distance to the river and bridge that leads to Port wine district. Overall pleasant stay.

The property was great and the location was perfect.

The apartment was just as advertised. Valentim gave great suggestions and we had no problems. An extra roll of toilet paper would have been nice, though.

Book it! You’ll be happy you did!!

My fifth week in this lovely cosy apartment while waiting to move into my own apartment. It was a pleasurable experience from booking to self check out. Joana was terrific.. arranged transportation, offered suggestions, made sure I was comfortable and having a nice time in Porto. Highly recommend this apartment.. perfect location on a wonderful street.

Pretty in Porto

Apt was exactly as in pictures and description. Location excellent for walking or taking metro to farther areas outside center. Wonderful restaurants, shops, sites close by. Joana and Valentim were great! I would highly recommend this apt for anyone wanting a pleasant and comfortable stay in Porto!

Only 1 thing

The only complaint is the bed is too hard. We had to take the mattress off the pullout couch and put it on the bed to be comfortable. Please add a foam or topper. This is our only complaint. Everything else was great.

Great apartment

Perfect place to. It had all we wanted. Kitchen, laundry, separate bedroom. It was quiet being at back and not on street. The bed was a little hard and would benefit from a 2 inch mattress topper. Great place for five days.

Absolutely lovely

Joana and Valentim were amazing hosts. They answered every question, made great suggestions and handled all the logistical details of our stay. The space was perfect for the two of us during our three weeks in Porto. It is exceptionally well located for seeing the city and well equipped when you wish to stay in. Highly recommend!
