THE SPACE
- This beautifully decorated studio located in the city centre of Porto is the result of a full renovation of a typical building in the emblematic street of Bonjardim.
- A very practical studio with a real (and comfortable) bed for two integrated into a light-filled room that enjoys a clear area planning with a living room area, kitchen and dining area and a sunny balcony where you can sunbathe and have wonderful meals.
- The entire apartment is modern and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. You'll find shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, toilet paper, towels, linens as well as all the appliances you may need in the kitchen, including a convenient capsule coffee machine.
- There is also WIFI, TV with Netflix and Air Conditioning.
GUESTS ACCESS
- Guests have private access to the entire studio.
- There is a free and unlimited 100MB internet connection.
- The kitchenette is fully equipped: necessary cooking ware; initial cooking kit including salt, pepper, extra-virgin olive oil, sugar; tableware including wine glasses, etc.
- Other essential amenities: hairdryer, Iron & table, hangers, cleaning material etc.
- If there is anything important missing let us know and we'll provide it ASAP.

LONG-TERM RESERVATIONS
Reservations for more than 15 nights are considered long-term reservations and are subject to the following rules:
-> We might request a safety deposit at check-in.
-> The energy and water bills must be paid separately.
(How does this work: Every month, we calculate and charge the guest the amount of energy and water spent.
-> The deposit will be returned by the end of the stay after checking the space and receiving the payment of every bill.
-> By making a long-term reservation, guests agree to give the host access to the property, whenever requested, in order to assess the state of maintenance.
CHECK-IN
We may charge in-person check-ins after hours as per the following rates:
After 8 pm: 15€
After 10 pm: 25€
After 1 am: 50€
Before the check-in, guests must fill in a mandatory check-in form to identify all the guests that will stay in the apartment. Short-term rentals are required to report guests' information to Borders Service (SEF).
