「Jose was wonderful in allowing us an early check-in due to our travel schedule. We had a small difficulty with the lockbox but José resolved the issue quickly, and it was our first exposure to the neighbors, who went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly. 「Staff was great, friendly always ready to help. We were with a 2 1/2 year old grandson and he wet his bed and they came and replace the sheets no questions asked.
