「Excellent stay and wonderful staff We had a great stay at Hotel Valdiola. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We received a baby cot free of charge for our daughter, and there were no extra costs for her during our stay. A special thank you to Renato at reception, who kindly prepared warm water every evening for our baby's bottle. We also want to compliment the housekeeping team – the room was cleaned perfectly every day. The hotel is not the newest, but it is very well maintained...

「It is not worth for the price you pay. With the exception of one staff member, the rest were rude to us. For many, they could not communicate well in english (which is fine, not everyone needs to be fluent) but when you are the only person to help and are meant to be having sensitive converstations you need someone to be able to communicate it well. 」
