The restaurant in the hotel is good, so you don't need to go out for breakfast, lunch or dinner if you don't want. Also, there are some dinning options around the hotel. The room was clean but it could be cleaner. But it is still above the average. It is close to the American consulate and the area is safe considering Porto Alegre is a big city.

Nobody came to help with the lovages, we had to go and find someone! Hallway carpet are really dirty old and smells! TV in the rooms are very old! Windows in the rooms don’t lock there is only one elevator that woks! The refrigerator in the room is empty! The towels are yellow because they are too old!

Hotel está muito Velho precisando de uma boa reforma O café era ótimo , o atendimento do saguão tb era bem bom Mas a estrutura do imóvel está ruim , banheiros sujos , os quartos c carpe estavam piores ainda Pegamos c laminado q tb estava sujo É uma pena, pois a localização é ótima para fazer o visto americano

O hotel melhorou muito nos últimos meses. Percebe que está cuidado, limpo, quarto cheiroso, toalhas, lençol e travesseiro cheirosos. O café da manhã poderia ter mais variedade e o cacetinho(pão) sempre um pouco duro, seco.

Boa localização pra quem vai fazer entrevista no consulado. Porém, o hotel é bem antigo e o quarto estava com muitas coisas mal cuidadas (móveis e decoração antigos, banheira estragada, etc) inclusive o carpe estava bem sujo. O colchão estava bem deformado tb, e tinha areia ou algo assim no lençol. Não recomendo se for ficar mais que um dia!
