"We had the perfect stay at the Old Salt House. Kim had taken care of everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable, the shower was fab, the deck gave us stunning views, the pub round the bay was just sublime, and the cottage was always a joy to return to; a cosy neuk after the Portnahaven winds. "This property was on a farm in a stunning location surrounded by great countryside and wildlife. Lovely sandy beaches were within a short drive. All our needs were met in the cottage which was very comfortable and very well equiped. The host was very friendly and helpful as was the rest of the family on the farm. Not to mention staggering home distance after a tour and taste at the distillery!Wood burning stove was amazing every evening but there were no utensils (poker, sweep etc) for maintaining and cleaning it."
