  • Come one come all! This condo is located at 1 E Grand Ave, Old Orchard Beach, ME. Plenty of space for you and your family or friends on the beach, in the center of OOB activity, or relax on the long balcony with ocean views! Enjoy the indoor pool on not so nice days or pass the time with a variety of board games. Many great places to eat, a hop, skip and a jump away. Come and experience the best of Maine Coast! 7 night minimum stay Mid June through Labor Day. 2 night minimum stay the rest of the year.
