Beach view

We had a nice time at OOB walking the beach, just sitting in their beach chairs and using the heated pool. Quiet at the end of the summer season. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked.

Fantastic beach getaway!

This was a great property for our recent family vacation. You're steps from the beach with an amazing ocean view. The unit was clean, nicely decorated and had several nice amenities and personal touches. The kids loved the bunk beds (and having their own TV!). The kitchen/living room area is small but just enough. Love that this location is far enough down the beach that its not as crowded as places closer to the Pier. Near several great restaurants and activities. Very friendly and helpful host.

Awesome all around!

This rental truly delivers! Great location, well stocked, beach access, beautiful view, gracious hosts, comfortable and clean accommodations. It is on the 3rd floor so you need to be ok with stairs but it’s so worth it for the view! They also had beach chairs and some kid’s beach toys- but you need to bring a beach umbrella. Beds were comfy-you do need to bring your own towels (beach and bath) and sheets/pillow cases. Highly recommend!

Great property!

Have a great time at this property during almost-on season. Used it as a home base for a few days to explore surrounding states. It was clean and had great amenities!

Nice Condo with a Beach View

Clean comfortable third floor condo steps to the beach . Comfortable beds and nice deck with a lovely view. Owner is attentive and responsive . Nice quiet complex , lots of privacy , but enough people around so it did not have an “off season” atmosphere. Beautiful beach for walking.

Great place to stay

The Connelly’s place was a sweet spot across from the beach. It was clean, fully stocked and perfect for my family. Only sad thing was that we were here in the off-season and couldn’t enjoy all that it had to offer. Hope to make it back again! Highly recommend!

This condo was unbelievable...my husband and I loved it so much we tried reserving for August but the condo was already booked. The view was wonderful, it was clean, we were able to cook a few times and the owner has all rypes of toiletries just incase her guest forgot something which as we all know does happen. The owner Jodi is a lovely lady who was always in communication with me if i had any types of questions...that was the best being able to reach out to her.

Didn’t stay long enough!

We stayed here as a hotel alternative while visiting relatives in Portland. Jodi is one of the most communicative and responsive hosts we have ever worked with. The condo was perfect - my only regret is that we didn’t have enough time there to take advantage of how close to the beach this is, but the views were spectacular, even for being there in January. She takes pride in her space and it really shows. There is a basket of sundries in the bathroom, really nice touch for folks that may have forgotten something. We would 10/10 stay here again, and hope to later this year. Thank you again for a really nice stay!

Loved it!

Sunrises were amazing! We were there slightly off-season but still found some great breakfast spots and a few bars. Highly recommend checking out Saco, Biddesford and Cape Elizabeth as well. All short drives. Thank you!

Perfect!

Really great condo right off the beach. Just what we needed for a long weekend away attending a friend's wedding. Strong wifi, lots of amenities, communication with Jodie was very efficient and everything was super easy. Would stay again!

Sand and Sun

Took a long weekend away at the beach and was not disappointed. Jodi was very pleasant to speak with. The check in process was super easy. No need to check in/get a key from one place and then drive to another like some other places we’ve stayed at. Steps to the beach, short walk to pier. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay again!

July vacation

We absolutely loved our condo rental. It was fully furnished with anything we needed and more. We traveled from NC to meet family and friends, we loved the beach because it was as busy as OOB by the pier, but we could easily walk to the pier. We used the bbq grills, and the kids loved rinsing off in the pool after a day on the beach. I give our vacation a 10!!!

Perfection

I could not recommend this place strongly enough. The location is great (quieter side of the beach but close enough to everything). The hosts were fantastic. It is clear that they have an eye for detail and we did not need anything while there. In fact, I forgot a couple of things and they had me covered! I have never stayed in a short term rental without having to run out for something- until now. The furniture was all comfortable and everything was clean. We will definitely be back!
