  • Located in the Residence "Le Clos de Socorro", with communal swimming pool (june to sept), about 1000m to the sea.

    This is a lovely spacious house with a view of the nature reserve, airconditioning, there is a spacious living room and well fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom with a double bed downstairs and a new shower room with toilet. Upstairs 2 bedrooms, one twin and bunker beds which leads on to the balcony, shower room with toilet, one parking space, converstory with tiled corner terrace with hedges.

    This is an ideal family villa with plenty of space inside and out. - Final cleaning included. NO PETS

    Airconditioning in each bedroom and in the living room/kitchen (4 plits)
    Beddings : Bedroom 1 down: 1 bed 140 / Room 2 up: 2 beds 90 - Bedroom 3 up: bunkerbeds

    There are many activities available locally from horse-riding to canoeing. Restaurants and shops are close by and there are also several markets each week throughout the season.
