Villa located in the secured residence "Les Tamaris" only 500m from the sea. There are communal swimming pools and entertainment for the children(from june to septembre - access extra to pay).

Lovely villa with 2 bedrooms upstairs with air conditioning and downstairs a living room with a fitted kitchen with airco, bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Conservatory with garden Table, terrace with stone barbecue-

One parking place in front of the garage (no access for the garage).

Equipments: dishwasher, television, toaster, combinated fridge/freezer, SENSEO, kettle, coffee machine, combinated oven/micro-wave, 4 electric hobs, vacuum cleaner, small oven,… free WIFI -CLEANING FEES INCLUDED -

2 Laundries for washing will be at 100m away from the house
Beddings : Bedroom 1: bed 140 /BedRoom 2: 2 single beds / sofabed living room 140

3 Airconditionings: living room/kitchen and in 2 bedrooms
a pet allowed for 20€/week (max2 on request)

This is a holiday residence close to the shops and the sea. It is ideally suited to families and is well equipped for children. access to the swimming pools from june until september. Portiragnes Plage is the perfect holiday location with everything close to hand. There are many activities available locally from horse-riding to kite surfing. The canal du midi is just a short walk away as is the nature reserve where you can explore and discover the many different species of birds in our area.

Supplement to pay for the access to the animations and pools of this holiday area during the summertime. Supplement to pay for access to the communal swimming pools and entertainment for the children.

Wie immer ein schöner Urlaub in Portiragnes Plage. + Sehr schön der verglaste Vorraum vor der Wohnung. + WLAN funktioniert problemlos. + Küche okay Funk und Fernsehen wurde nicht genutzt - Die Toilette ist erneuerungsbedürftig und der Deckel antiquiert (zu schwer). - Das Bad sehr eng. - Für die Elektrogeräte und Klimaanlagen fehlen Bedienungsanleitungen.
