💳 Deposit: €400, payable on arrival by credit card, Revolut or advance bank transfer. Refund within 3 days after check-out, following inspection and cleaning.



🏛️ Portimão tourist tax:

☀️ 01/04–31/10: €2/person/night

❄️ 01/11–31/03: €1/person/night

Applicable to guests aged 13 or over, up to a maximum of 7 nights, in accordance with applicable regulations.



⚡💧 Water and electricity consumption: included within the parameters of normal and conscious use. Meter readings are taken at check-in and check-out. Reference values are 100 kWh of electricity and 4 m³ of water. Any excess will be charged in accordance with NURIS2U terms and conditions.
