Ocean Villa Algarve is a holiday home with sea views from every room, located just 3-5 meters from the ocean in Prainha. The property offers step-free access and a spacious interior. With 300 m², it features a living room, kitchen, 4 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 8 guests.



Enjoy uninterrupted sea views throughout the house, especially from the suite, where you’ll experience a calm and peaceful atmosphere. There’s also an elevator providing direct access to the beach.



A highlight is the wellness area, featuring two large shared outdoor pools in different locations: one fully fenced with panoramic Atlantic views surrounded by trees, and a large children’s pool. The property offers 24-hour security, a jacuzzi, and an outdoor shower.



There are 3 bathrooms. One is fully equipped for guests with reduced mobility, including a shower chair and support bars, with no bathtub. The other two have support bars; one features a raised shower base, the other a raised bathtub.



The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, air fryer, espresso machine, microwave, dishwasher, and two refrigerators, one with a freezer. Due to the seaside location, there are fans instead of air conditioning. High-speed Wi-Fi with workspace, TV, and washing machine are available. Cot, high chair, books, and toys provided. Private outdoor area with terrace, balcony, and barbecue facilities.



Tennis and padel courts are available for an extra fee. Two parking spaces on the property. No pets or events allowed. Self check-in system available.
