Top Porth-y-Cŵch Hotel Reviews
Hen Golchdy : Pet-Friendly 2‑Bed Cottage in Aberffraw | Managed by Anglesey Holiday Lettings
10/10 Excellent
"We’ve just returned from the most wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage in stunning Anglesey. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The cottage is gorgeous, beautifully presented, comfortable and has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing break. The location is simply breathtaking, with the beauty and tranquillity of Anglesey right on the doorstep. It was the perfect place to unwind, explore and enjoy some quality time together. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would happily return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended — a real little gem! ❤️"
Ty Cwyfan: 3‑Bed Ground-Floor Apartment in Aberffraw | Managed by Anglesey Holiday Lettings
10/10 Excellent
"The apartment and location are brilliant. Beds are a bit uncomfortable because they are so hard. The sofas smelt of dog after a few days which was a bit off putting, otherwise this is a great place to stay and we love Aberffraw."
Kite Cottage: Pet-friendly Holiday Cottage in Malltraeth
10/10 Excellent
"The amount of thought put into the preparation of this cottage was phenomenal . Every cupboard or drawer we opened revealed yet another effort to make the stay perfect. There was even a colander which we used for the eclipse! The comfort of the beds, along with the sea air, ensured I slept like a top, better than at home. The furnishings were so tasteful that I sourced the lamp shades and bought two whilst on the island. The welcome bag was a lovely touch and we really enjoyed the fluffy white towels. We will definitely be back. Thank you to the owner for providing such a lovely relaxing retreat."
Bwthyn Branwen: Accessible Pet-Friendly Cottage in Aberffraw | Managed by Anglesey Holiday Lettings
10/10 Excellent
"Couldn’t fault a thing except for the fact I am a disabled ambulatory person and sadly the downstairs bathroom was advertised as disabled, which it wasn’t. The cottage itself was heavenly in a lovely location in Anglesey but sadly we couldn’t return as the facilities were not there for my needs. I spoke to a lovely member of staff on the first day explaining my situation we agreed the wet room was indeed beautiful as the rest of the property, I explained my need for a transfer seat in the shower, bless her she did her best but came back and said sadly there was nothing available. Therefore my husband had to assist and we had to make do without a shower for the week for me as it was just too difficult without the adequate rails and seat. However we have to say apart from that we had a great time, the welcome package was a lovely touch, excellent value for money, impeccably clean and well kept and such a lovely spot in the village. We would have no hesitation in booking with this company again, but we would certainly phone to clarify my needs to suit a property in more detail in the future as the website to the reality was a lesson learned."
Large Detached Property Walking Distance To The Beach | Llywelyn-Fawr
10/10 Excellent
"This house is wonderful! It is large with lots of room and everything you could need. It is beautifully decorated and very clean. We really enjoyed walking into the town and eating at the cafe and having a drink at the pub. The people were very friendly and welcoming!"
Ty Capel Bach: 3‑Bed Bungalow Sleeping 6 in Hermon | Managed by Anglesey Holiday Lettings
10/10 Excellent
"This was the second time we had stayed at Ty Capel Bach (the first being in June 2025). The property is comfortable and well equiped and in a great location as far as we are concerned. The only issue we had this time around related to the new central heating system and had to get housekeeping/maintenance services to pop round to try to rectify. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here again."
Y Cei: 4‑Bed Beach House Sleeping 8 in Aberffraw | Managed by Anglesey Holiday Lettings
10/10 Excellent
"Y Cei is a lovely holiday cottage in a fabulous location. Well equipped, comfortable with all your holiday needs catered for, we hope to return next year."
Bwthyn Gwenllyr - sleeps 6 guests in 3 bedrooms
10/10 Excellent
"The property was excellent, better than my expectations. Layout of the house is perfect for families and friends. Fully equipped with everything needed, including the kitchen, with all utensils provided in duplicate. We had excellent weather on the second day, but the house was comfortable even in the blustery cold night that followed. Only negative, as mentioned by another poster here, is the electric shower in the master bathroom. "
2 bedroom accommodation in Bodorgan
10/10 Excellent
"Lovely cottage, with great character, very quirky which is exactly what we like. Struggled to find the cottage at first as its hidden behind a large house on the road side, then as it was dark when we arrived we coudnt see the cottage name, but after some good googling we got there in the end. We took 2 dogs, very dog friendly. Fully enclosed back and front garden. Also, we were left some doggy biscuits by the hosts which was a lovely gesture. The back door to the garden is a little tight especially when you need a big coat in January. Cottage has everything you need for your stay, but go and do a big shop first as supermarkets aren't particulally close. Although, a small shop is just around the corner. The house was very nice and warm, even when it was minus degrees outside. Extra blankets provided if needed, but they werren't even in Jan. Great place, would recommend."
