The hosts have thought about everything to make this a stress free break,with their attention to detail and care showing right the way through. The location is great a 2 minute walk to Fistral beach and 10 minute walk into Newquay. There is also the bonus of the lovely view from the lounge area which has plenty of comfy seating for six guests . We would highly recommend this property. "

"The moment we entered the apartment we felt at home. It was clean, well appointed with superb views across the bay. The property has its own car parking space in an underground car park with a safe storage area for surf boards etc. The main bedroom has an en-suite and the main bathroom was well equipped. The showers in both rooms were everything you’d want. All in all, we had a great trip, helped by excellent help and communication from the host."

"The location was fantastic, only a 1-2 minute walk to Lusty Glaze beach. The semidetached house was comfortable and reasonably quiet. The kitchen was well-stocked. The Tesco Express was about a 10 minute walk. The downstairs bathroom sinks did not drain properly, but the property manager came in on a Sunday afternoon and unblocked them.The downstairs areas were a bit musty, particularly the twin bedroom and the utility room. Perhaps a dehumidifier would be helpful down there?There was also a board loose in the front deck, which might be a tripping hazard for someone who is unsteady on there feet. It didn’t bother us, but it probably should be fixed.Although it is cosmetic, the flooring on the inside of the house could use a refinish and the paint could use an update."

"Lovely villa and convenient location for Porth beach. We had booked for 5 but on arrival there was only bedding and towels for 4. Staff sorted this out super quickly and could not be more helpful. The pool was heated so was a good alternative to braving the freezing seas!"

The hosts are a lovely couple and are always on hand to help and advise to let you get the most out of your stay. The cottage is excellent and provides everything you would need.The beach is stunning with lots of lovely walks."
