Notified guests/VRBO- after cancellation period - that building heat/hot water would be off; when asked for refund told it would be rectified - it wasn't!2) Unit is 2 doors down from VERY LOUD night club. Loud music and people in street outside window until 1 am one night; 2 am second night. 3) VRBO advertises ALL fees included. Host will ask for 500 deposit, after booking.
