"The house and backyard was a lovely little getaway from the city and very close to the Indiana Dunes National/State Park. Spent a lot of time on the back deck enjoying the backyard, bird feeders, and listening to the owls beyond the train tracks. The firepit and gazebo made it enjoyable, even as it rained. The house itself was clean and has everything you needed. Highly recommend."

Kids loved the hot tub and owner was incredibly responsive when we reached out about a fix that was needed mid stay. Location in Beachwalk is perfect - close to playground, boats, community pool, green. Liked all the Beachwalk amenities including yoga, paddle board, kayaks, Saturday music series. Thank you!"

"Very nice location in Michigan City, IN, just a short boardwalk stroll to the Lake Michigan beach. We live in central Missouri and only had a 6-hr drive. Spent good portion of a day and did some hiking at Indiana Dunes National Park, which was less than 20 minutes away. Spent another day taking in the 44th Annual Popcorn Festival in Valparaiso IN, which was very enjoyable. Also went up the Michigan shoreline to New Buffalo, St Joseph and Benton Harbor to some nice beaches and restaurants. Very...

"House itself is very cool and stylish and comfortable in all areas. It’s early spring and the property yard and outdoor areas listed were not cleaned, wet and damaged or in unusable condition. Fortunately the windows clearly showed off the beautiful trees around the property from inside. Note the very large cleaning fee is not revealed on the listing."
