"Good location if anyone wants be close to actions. Huge hotel with a lot of room & group tourists (can be noisy). Property is dated, and initial cleaning wasn’t good (dust everywhere; had to wipe on my own before settling in) "

"Staff was remarkably efficient and so responsive to emergencies (we had a fire practice onsite). Property was clean and brought a sense of family and togetherness to share with all guests and if wanted to mingle a bit and share their memories together. "This is an amazing hotel right in the centre of Osaka. It’s very close to Namba and within walking distance to Dontobouri. The rooms are comfortable, the staff are lovely and the breakfast is incredible. The staff also helped arrange luggage-forwarding service to our next destination. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay in Osaka."
