    Located right outside of Tampa, within Jasmine Estates in Port Richey. This home accommodates 6 guests with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, vibed with a loving beach feel. Dine outside in the screened in patio lanai steps away from the pool area with a Dolphin pool fountain.

    Many supermarkets and shopping nearby. 39 minutes to Tampa airport, 15 minutes to Gulf beaches, 20 Mins to Tarpon Springs (my favorite), 5 minutes to Sims Park and downtown New Port Richey, 50 minutes to Busch Gardens and Adventure Island, 8 minutes to Congo River Mini Golf. Dolphins and gorgeous sunsets at nearby Hudson beach, 31 Miles to famous Clearwater Beach, and so many more things to do!

I was traveling on extended business and this property worked much better than a hotel. I didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool but it looked very inviting. It was clean and everything was just as expected. If we return to the area we will certainly consider this property.

I enjoyed my stay at this home. There was a fully stocked kitchen which I personally didn't use but great for anyone who wants to cook. There is also tons of food options and stores nearby if you are like me and prefer not to cook on vacation. There was beach supplies which came in handy. The house was very clean and all the light switches were labeled which was appreciated. There was even a book for any info you need about the home. I liked that there was tvs in the bedrooms too.

We loved it, very family friendly, lots of games and puzzles. The pool was excellent and kitchen was fully furnished so we could cook all meals. It was perfect for a family.

The pool was very clean, the whole property was well maintained and visitor friendly. I was very comfortable and relaxed, everything I needed was there. I loved the spacious layout and spent a lot of time out on the lanai.

Amanda was a great host and we had everything we needed. The house has a nice outdoor covered and pool area. It is a great place to relax. However, the pool was a little too cold for us to swim in. Extremely clean house. Wonderful house layout for families. Stove is great. Washer and dryer are perfect. Plenty of towels including pool towels. Host is very responsive and super helpful and friendly.

This is definitely a home away from home. Comfortable, Clean and Cozy. Very well stocked with everything you might want to use. The pool area was so very nice. In the garage there is foosball, air hockey, art & easels, & more. More kid things in sitting room. I can't think of anything I didn't like except the fact I didn't get to spend much time there during our stay. But I'd definitely return. Thank You for everything Amanda & Callie

the home was spotless very comfy every comfort was available in the home the garage was set up for children to play in my great grandson just loved painting on the easels provided and the table games he also loved the family room shelves full of games and not too mention the pool area wow he was so impressed

The host was extremely helpful with the few questions we had. The home was clean, neat and stocked well with all of the essentials. The pool was clean and refreshing. We spent quite a bit of time on the lanai! The neighborhood was extremely quiet. Shopping was close by and had all we needed.We look forward to staying again in the spring.Overall a wonderful experience and look forward to spending more time in the future.
