Waterfront Beach House with Pool, Fire Pit, Gazebo & Modern Tropical Renovation

Waterfront home with Gulf access, amazing views, restaurants, boat rental, bait, casino, Wal-Mart, Walgreens all on the same island and within minutes of this home (golf cart accessible). So many fun things to do without the tourist feel. 11 beds total( 3 queens, 2 sets of bunks, 3 trundle beds). Home was completely renovated less than a year ago, everything is brand new.

New dock installed in December, fire pit, gazebo, griddle all new. You won’t be disappointed with this tropical paradise! The water front views in the evening by the fire pit and the sun rises are breathtaking.

Kids will love the detached pool house that has A/C and Heat. Gaming chairs, double bunk beds and TV for games or movies night. Dbl doors open to pool side patio and gazebo.

Office & large walk in closet attached to master bedroom along with full bathroom. Plus huge sliding doors that accordion out to a very large walk out from master bedroom.

Perfect Guy's Trip!!
This property was everything that we needed and wanted for our guy's trip! Everything was pretty accurate from the posting and there was plenty of space for everyone! The host was readily available to answer any questions that we had. We even got to chat with the cool neighbor next door who promised to take us out on his boat when we come back because all the guys agreed that we would love to come back one day lol

Spring Break Getaway
We absolutely loved this beautiful house, and the location was perfect for our group of 11. There is plenty of outdoor space to relax, read, sunbathe, and watch for dolphins. The grandkids enjoyed fishing off the dock everyday and had a blast. Our son-in-law brought his boat for 3 days and we made several trips going into the Gulf fishing and we were able to have a meal off one of those trips. Truly one of our best vacations. We will definitely be returning as soon as we can. And Travis was probably the best host we have ever dealt with. Thank you, Travis!

Family Vacation
Booked this house for a family vacation to celebrate my mom’s 60th birthday and it was incredible! Our family loves to sit and look at the water for fish and we saw plenty of fish as well as a dolphin! The weather wasn’t the warmest but there was plenty to do in the surrounding area to pass the time while it rained. We also were traveling with an 8 month old and took a day trip to the tarpon springs aquarium which was only about a 25min drive. Lots of great restaurants close to the house and on the water (our favorite was catches!). During our stay we had a few questions for the property manager and he was quick to respond every time which was very much appreciated! Would definitely bring the whole family back again.

Anniversary Getaway
This home is a beautiful waterfront property. The home, pool and gazebo offer great views of the water. We brought a boat to explore the area, which we kept at the floating dock. The home has been tastefully remodeled and is immaculately clean. 8 of us stayed to celebrate our 55th anniversary. Many good restaurants and shopping are nearby. The owner seemed genuinely interested in helping us enjoy our stay. We are talking about returning for an extended visit.

Amazing Stay
The house appears newly renovated and has absolutely stunning backyard (dolphins swimming by were a bonus!). The rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable and the house was very clean. There is no street parking allowed, but between the garage and driveway there is plenty of room. Check in was seamless. I would definitely recommend this property and would be more than happy to stay again!

Very peaceful nice place to stay
House is modernized and clean. Owners were good to deal with very responsive. Very peaceful and quiet location on the water. Large family was very comfortable with the space. We rented a pontoon locally and took advantage of the dock out back and were able to explore a bit. I would highly recommend as a peaceful family getaway in a beautiful location away from the hustle of disney florida.
