I noticed carpet in a number of areas including my room, is worn and stained. Carpet needs to be replaced. Sraff were outstanding although I requested a wake up call my last day and never received it.

The Avalon Club
There was absolutely No view. Honestly not sure why that room has a balcony. Your view is of a side of a wall directly across from you. Otherwise, room was great! Clean, roomy, and all needs met.

Rooms seemed dark but that could have been inadequate light bulbs. The bathroom was roomy and plenty of towels but no makeup mirror. Charging plugs were lose and extremely slow. Very dated, no amenities. Went to get coffee at 6:24, very unfriendly person at the desk told us very firmly that breakfast wasn’t until 6:30.
