Less than a mile away, the shops and restaurants around the Dunlawton Bridge offer even more options, including Aunt Catfish's (a must for brunch!), Mexican and Chinese restaurants, Port Orange Plaza, Farm Social, Dunkin' and more. From the game room, you'll find the fully equipped kitchen, refreshed with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a dishwasher, along with classic terracotta tile flooring that pays homage to the home's 1950s roots. A Keurig and a dedicated coffee station in the adjoining hallway pantry make your mornings easy.
The kitchen opens to the charming wood-paneled front foyer and dining area, where original knotty pine paneling and vintage-inspired décor create a warm, nostalgic space for meals together. From here, step into the inviting living room, where large picture windows frame gorgeous river views and flood the space with natural light. Gather on the plush sectional and sofa around the home's original decorative fireplace (not for use, but a beautiful centerpiece) and the smart TV for movie nights in.
To the left of the living room, the primary suite offers a peaceful retreat with a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom featuring original 1950s green tile, a classic design touch that's been lovingly preserved. To the right of the living room are two guest bedrooms, the first with a king bed and TV and the second with a full bed and TV. Between them sits a delightful guest bathroom finished in original pink tile, a true time capsule of the area's golden era. Altogether, the home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests.
Around back, the private backyard offers a spacious wood deck with a dining table, along with a covered patio featuring cozy seating and a fire pit, perfect for gathering after a day on the water.
This home includes garage access and a driveway, with room for up to 3 vehicles on the property. The garage holds 2 vehicles, or the motorcycle equivalent, with space for 1 more vehicle in the driveway, so guests can have a maximum of 3 vehicles, or the motorcycle equivalent. This property cannot accommodate trailers or recreational vehicles but we'd be happy to refer you to a nearby parking company upon request.
The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Once your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send our rental agreement for you to e-sign and return. Unless you book on Airbnb, we will need a copy of your photo ID, and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee that is never refundable in the event of a cancellation.
